Shipping & Handling

We will despatch your order within two business days of receiving your order and payment, excluding weekends and public holidays, using Parcel Post or Express Post (where possible) with Australia Post.  We are located in regional Queensland, so your parcel may take a little longer to reach you depending upon where you live.
When you place an order with us, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we use to communicate with you, if necessary regarding the order. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply your order, we will notify you via e-mail and a full refund will be processed immediately. When we despatch your order, we will confirm this with you via Email and provide you with the tracking number of the parcel.
Payment can be made via our secure website through Paypal. Paypal accepts most major credit cards, and does not require you to have a Paypal account. If you place an order on this site, information including your credit card number and contact information is collected. This information is used solely to record and fill your order. Credit card details are not stored on this website.

Australia Customers: Our shipping and handling costs throughout Australia is a flat rate of $12.00 AUD.

New Zealand Customers:  Our shipping and handling costs to NZ is a flat rate of $25.00 AUD.

All Other International Customers:  Our shipping and handling costs to all other international countries is a flat rate of $45.00 AUD.

All international shipments will be sent by standard airmail through Australia Post. All product prices on the website are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.
